Lease Link was established by Charles Gauci in 2000. Having commenced his agency career in Qld in 1994, Charles headed up the industrial division for Chesterton International before returning to Victoria in 1998. Upon his return, he commenced working with CB Richard Ellis as head of industrial for the North and the Western suburbs of Melbourne. After a stint there, he started Lease Link as a specialist agency that sourced and secured sites for Home Maker type users and assisted Super Cheap Auto with their roll out of stores throughout Victoria and southern NSW.
Lease Link remains a boutique agency servicing a select group of clients from within the Quick Service Restaurant industry inclusive of KFC, McDonalds, Hungry Jacks, Red Rooster and the like. Our core focus at present is the acquisition, sale and lease of petrol filling stations and freeway service centres, though we still remain active within the bulky goods retail market sector.
Since the inception of Lease Link, the consultancy side of the business has also grown and in addition to sourcing and securing sites for a host of national users, Lease Link provides advice as diverse as town planning, engineering and project management.
At Lease Link our mission is to meet or exceed our client's expectations. Our core values place an emphasis on providing reliable and accurate property consultancy and advisory to our clients. In doing so we aim to secure the absolute best locations for our client's when sourcing sites, to achieve the maximum commercial rentals when leasing for our clients, and to obtain the maximum sale price when engaged to sell a property on their behalf.
Lease Link has a strong agency association predominantly on the Eastern sea board of Australia and throughout Tasmania. We have sourced and secured sites for both national and private companies throughout these regions.
